Parvin Samadi obtained her diploma of experimental of sciences (2005) from Tabriz Farzaneghan high school, a member of NODET (National Organization for Development of Exceptional Talent). In 2004, she won a bronze medal in the 7th National Biology Olympiad in Tehran; she is a member of National Elites Foundation. She obtained her B.Sc. degree in Applied Chemistry (2009), from Tabriz University & M.Sc. degree (2011) in Applied Chemistry from Chemistry and Chemical Engineering Research Center of Iran (CCERC), her thesis was about synthesis of inorganic nanotubes under the supervision of Dr. Zolfaghari and Dr. Mortaheb, while she was top student selected as the example student of the center. She started her PhD (2013) in medical nanotechnology in Tehran University of medical science, under the supervision of Dr.Ghanbari. She aimed her PhD project at electrochemical nanobiosensor for cancer, under supervision of Prof. Y. Omidi, and she has joined our center as a student researcher.

Sattar Akbari Nakhjavani was born in Tabriz, Iran, in 1984. He received the Doctorate degree in veterinary medicine from Islamic Azad University, Tabriz branch, Iran, in 2008. In 2013, he joined the department of molecular medicine, School of Advanced Technologies in Medicine, Tehran University of Medical Sciences, as a PhD student. He is currently performing his PhD thesis in Research Center of Pharmaceutical Nanotechnology (RCPN) under the supervision of Professor Yadollah Omidi and Professor Mohammad Hossein Ghahremani on application of biosensors in cancer diagnosis. He is a member of Iranian Society for Immunology and Allergy since 2012. His research focused on early detection of cancer and neurodegenerative disease, biosensors, nanoparticulated drug delivery and targeting, and finally probiotics and their roles in health.
